"Do you Zoho "

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I really like the logo redesign, quirky but it makes the feel of the program fresh and exciting everytime I log in. I absolutely love that the Dashboard is super organized. The tabs don't feel overwhelming, they are clearly labeled instead of being an icon. Totally helps to see associate words with an action.

"Zoho crm "

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Better management of leads and contact. Easy to use and everyone in the team knows what emails have been exchanged which avoids confusion. it also sinks the calendar from google and Microsoft and the events are auto registered in the CRM software

"Highly recommend trying Zoho"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Pretty easy to connect w/Zappier for lead management. Easy to manage. Clean interface...The workflow seems to work great so far. I'd highly recommend trying it out. As for now, the cost seems very manageable. The notifications have really helped as well, especially as I'm trying to make sure myself and others are keeping on top of leads coming in.

"Useful software alongside Zoho Projects"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? As a Digital Marketing Agency that works with a number of clients on a retained basis, it is very useful to be able to group clients together and add the Client ID. I also like that we can add custom columns so I can see exactly what I need to see easily.
