"If you're looking for lower cost, look into Zoho!"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? What I like best about this CRM is that there is a trial that is free to the public. I like that I can count on Zoho's CRM to do the basics. Zoho has robust email marketing tools and gives you a great overall look at your customers by linking you to their twitter, facebook, or google plus accounts.

"Zoho crm "

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Better management of leads and contact. Easy to use and everyone in the team knows what emails have been exchanged which avoids confusion. it also sinks the calendar from google and Microsoft and the events are auto registered in the CRM software
