"Great CRM if your are tech savvy."
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho can be tailored to suit your exact needs. Almost everything can be customized and tweaked to make sure it works for your business. The software has a mobile app as well and everything seems to sync to the app and email accounts seamlessly. The help section is great as is the customer service, you actually get to talk to someone and they are very helpful.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is "so" easy to use! If Big'ol Salesforce is the #1 CRM out there...I'd have to say Zoho CRM is giving them a Run For Their Money! But sometimes bigger is "not" better...being easy to use and fully customization is Key when using a CRM!
