What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is easy to use and the Marketplace off Add-Ons is endless. It works for a small business to a large scale multinational corporation. The mobile app is great as well.

Intuitive and easy to use tool for our data maintenance
PROS: Zoho CRM is intuitive and easy to use with many features included while having reasonable prices. It can be integrated with all the system applications, marketing tools, customer database etc. And its dashboard and customized view features help an organisation analyze its sales pipeline easily and review how each one is performing.
