CRM with a great price point armed with expansions and integrations.

PROS: I love how it's within a reasonable price point. It's so simple to use (as long you know your way around tech). In my opinion, it's intuitive. The 2016 roll-out was exceptional. The upgrade was big and given to current users without added charges.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM has much of the same functionality you'd find with Salesforce. If you're looking for a way to manage contacts and opportunities, then Zoho has you covered. They also offer integrations with other Zoho platforms for services like email marketing.

"ZOHO- a Great CRM for efficient and effective business growth."

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love the ease of using Zoho, I can access Zoho CRM from any smartphone or computer allowing me to work and notate contacting clientele while traveling. Zoho's 2017 edition is a superb improvement, again being extremely user friendly for Zoho clients.
