"Zoho CRM as customizable as your imagination "

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The best part of this software is if you don't like something it is most likely customizable to be able to meet your requirement. Granted some things I have run across have not been able to customized, but we have adapted and made it work for us.

PROS: It's simple in managing the sales life cycle. It's helpful in acuquiring info within open potentials or leads that have yet been contacted. That way you can concentrate in the right path so your business will grow. Information can be viewed in one dashboard so you get to see your operating sales.

Business automation and management in one click.

PROS: Zoho CRM happens to be one fine software. It's quick and comes packaged with everything. For the past few months, I've been utilizing it for customer support, reporting, collaborative efforts, and marketing. Handled all my work. Minimizes time and effort in small daily tasks.

"user friendly and automation of sales process done perfectly."

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Ease of use. Being the head of inside sales, I have a team of inside sales people who interact with leads on a daily basis and updating of information, passing it on to sales and then sales conversion to a Potential is done seamlessly.
