"Great Medium sized business CRM option "
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The amount of functionality and integration is quite strong. Reporting is great and very detailed. Plugins and API integration with a number of other SaaS products is very helpful and works well

"Zoho review "
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is very easy to use compared to a lot of the other crm i have used in the past. It is easy to navigate once you have gone through the extensive training that we had to go through to learn the system. I would most definitely reccomend this crm to anyone who was looking for a new business crm to use. We previously used dispute suire and i hated it since we have made the switch i love it.

"FINALLY!"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I can see clearly which tasks are already resolved, which ones are going to be resolved soon and which tasks have some issues that need to be addressed soon. I can also see the amount of time needed for the tasks to be done.
