"Great CRM with lots of features in the free version"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I loooooove that zoho is free! It contains all the great features that most CRMs use (uploading leads, contacts, creating and sending emails, templates, tasks). The user interface is very simple and user friendly and allows you to customize your dashboard view so you can be even more efficient. I love that zoho integrates with outlook and google calendars, making it easy to schedule and send invites to clients/customers outside of your organization.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like the fact you can manage your clients pretty easily. The sales forecasting and reporting features are very good and its pretty straight forward to administrate. It was very good for 2 members of staff.
