"Great for CRM and analytics - for the beginner!"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM really does seem to have it all - great security, the ability to collaborate with other users, analytics (which are VERY useful for a growing one-person operation/small business!), a well-designed mobile app... I'm very impressed with all this.
