What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Ease of use and the customization organization. Highly mold able to suit the particular business and business operations. The price is right that is for sure. It has a lot of features for the price and could be a useful tool for a small business who doesn't have the funding for a more in-depth CRM

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho is very easy to use and it's got a ton of different options to use for keeping leads updated. Also a very easy way to stay on top of scheduled calls & events.
