A great CRM suited for small businesses
PROS: Zoho is a great CRM for your small business if you are just starting out and you don't want to break the bank. It has a lot of features that you can take advantage of with the free version and it has a lot of advanced features you can use if you are willing to pay extra.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho has been changing things around to make the CRM a very simple and smart one, they have done it right. It is good for any size companies, the price is right, you have an app that you can use on your mobile and it all just works.

"Easy to use and great product support"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The layout is very easy to understand with limited training. They have great videos on how to on their zoho you tube channel. Also a lot of videos to access various subjects.. great content and the modules all work well for us, it made a big impact on how we run our business
