What do you like best about Zoho CRM? For a mostly free application this offers a lot of what you need to track clients, sales, and products. It also is easy to import/export your database for use in mailing or shopping carts.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho has spent years developing a full-service business suite that manages internal and external customers as well as tracks your finances. With Zoho One you get nearly 50 separate apps designed to manage all aspects of your business. HRIS for HR, Marketing, Sales, and Support. It's all there.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that it's straightforward and organized. It's easy to see a high-level overview of my pipeline when reviewing with my manager.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Great custom reporting functions and easy mass uploading and editing make this a great CRM tool. Dashboard and intuitive learning of your patterns take it up a level.
