What do you like best about Zoho CRM? This isn't a personal liking, but I assume this is the platform we use because it's cheap. This is essentially a generic version of Salesforce, and honestly feels like it.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that you can pull reports directly from this software. I also enjoy that it is pretty simple to filter for the things you want to see and it can be personalized so you can see just the information important to you.
