What do you like best about Zoho One? Zoho one is a good CRM and suite of tools for small businesses that are price conscious. It's easy to use for people unfamilar with CRMs. It lacks many of the integrations and functions you can get with Hubspot or Salesforce, but works well if you just need basic email marketing, a way to manage contacts, and simple subscriptions and products.
