"Not for me"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? What was best for me, was the possibility to view the contacts and activities that my colleague enter and for him to view mine. Since our market where sometimes overlapping that was a good way to avoid going after the same people.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love that Zoho allows us to have a free account. Our business is a little out of the norm, and Zoho allows us to use their basic features for free which is all we need.
