What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that Zoho has a simple layout - not as busy as salesforce. I also like how the activities function works in terms of setting up daily sales calls. Their help chat is very useful as well - never have to wait too long and their reps are nice.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like how this product enabled us to keep track of sales forecasting as well as offer us comprehensive KPI and analytics charts.

"With the 2018 software update lost most of the features we needed."
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? There were a number of features that were initially attractive and discontinued with the update after spending three months of development time using the old software.

"User-friendly, intuitive, feature-rich CRM"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The Zoho CRM is very intuitive. Not having been trained on the application, I was able to jump right in and create records, generate reports, etc.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? We started to use Zoho invoices and later added another apps to make our life easier. It’s is very easy to use, track and follow up.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Esta aplicación de CRM es muy intuitiva y de fácil manejo. Los Menús son bien explícitos y puedes configurarlo a tu manera y de acuerdo a tus intereses. Puedes actualizar una oportunidad de negocio de manera fácil a través de la aplicación móvil. En Zoho CRM también puedes adjuntar PO, Quotes, Información del cliente., y cualquier otra información que te puede servir para tu mejor control .

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like how just the information you want most can be put into any screen view. The side panel and the ... menus work logically and easitly

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I really liked how I was able to read the different tabs easily and learn without a hassle. I also liked importing and exporting excel files with all my contacts, it's a great organizational tactic.
