What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho has a lot of features that were helpful to a smaller company. The recording of calls directly into the app was game-changer to a company that had a lot of hand-offs with company leads. The free offering was huge for a start-up.

"I love how easy it is to submit expenses!"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love that I can upload a receipt and it will go through it for me to populate my expenses. It is super convenient. Plus it isn't hard to use.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The tools are easy to get started with. Unlike other CRM offerings there is not a deluge of features and therefore its not overwhelming and good starting point.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? zoho crm is the second client resource mangement platform i have used. they are very easy to learn and the user interface can be picked up quite fast. they offer a good amout of customization and crm features and functions. we used this product for many years.
