What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Very easy learning curve, pretty easy to understand, Reporting is good for weekly calls. Pipeline management is good.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I use this application to manage my clients. I was able to follow their interests to obtain a sale. Considering the cost, it is very useful.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Having used some of the more expensive CRM software programs out there, this one is pretty easy to use and a great value for the money. I like the Blueprint feature whereby my administrator can help us Account Executives guide us through the sales process. It literally tells you what to do next. I find it extremely helpful!

"Solid option for any startup company"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is pretty comprehensive and they continue to add functionality. They are always offering training for new functionality, I just don't have time to check it out. It's a great system for our small company of 15 people.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that Zoho CRM is so easy to use. There are integration opportunities and we have been able to integrate with our Partner Portal for leads. Zoho has many options to categorize leads.
