"Zoho Rocks!"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? We came from using Mailchimp, and hated the free account on Mailchimp. Not a whole lot of customization available there. Now we have the whole Zoho account and are able to utilize the email marketing and advertising. We absolutely love the easy interface! It was quick and easy to learn (already having Mailchimp knowledge).

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Best app to manage sales of any e-commerce and it is very useful in maintaining prepaid order or cancelled order list and we can lock accordingly and most important graphical stats make think work in a smooth way. we can manage this according to our ease.
