"Great for small business owners"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I just recently started using Zoho to manage my book of business. It has really allowed me to stay organized while I'm busy with the day to day operations of managing my business. Primarily in remembering who I have and haven't reached out to in my daily calls.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The dashboard is very easy to access and update. It made it very easy when I had to go through and update customer and client records. Also very easy to collaborate with other workers.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? zoho gets the job done. I use the lower end version and it's prefect for what I need. I just need a simple crm and zoho is great b/c it's not too much money and it's very customizable and easy to use. so thank you zoho.

"Cheap option for a CRM "
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? When we first started using Zoh we didnt't have a CRM so it initially solved for organizing leads and deals for our growing sales team. It organizes contacts in a very simple manner so it makes looking at existing accounts very easy.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like that Zoho offers an entire suite of software products that all link together. Zoho CRM is at the core of our Zoho Suite and fits in nicely there.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is easy to use and integrates to our environment very easily. We use Zoho to keep us on track with the sales cycle as well as a central contacts list/lead depot. Zoho makes CRM solutions as simple as possible for a small startup.
