"Great Product"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It was obviously modeled after Saleslogix CRM similar layout and design. Works well. I'm a small business owner and don't need all the bells and whistles.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho's customer support! We use Zoho to the max and write our own scripts to maximize our productivity with Zoho, but as they (Zoho) say, Zoho listens: every time we think of a feature or code to improve the app, it's only a matter of weeks before they have it up and running. What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It has a lot of functionality and you promise to allow you to manage many different areas of your prospect database. I think that there is a lot of great things that come with the basic functionality of the tool.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It's very user friendly. I have been able to train my associates on it quickly, which means they are up and running within days. Its cost effective for small businesses.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho has a menu of products and services for the marketer that makes marketing automation possible for the small business owner. Good company and easy to use products, but customer support is weak.

"Great product especially for the price"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Being able to modify modules , and easily enter info. I am in alternative lending, so being to change all of the modules and change the order of them is great. I used sales force but due to the size of the company we really do not use all of the options. ZOHO is perfect for the size of the company.
