What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It was obviously modeled after Saleslogix CRM similar layout and design. Works well. I'm a small business owner and don't need all the bells and whistles.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It has a lot of functionality and you promise to allow you to manage many different areas of your prospect database. I think that there is a lot of great things that come with the basic functionality of the tool.

"Great product especially for the price"

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Being able to modify modules , and easily enter info. I am in alternative lending, so being to change all of the modules and change the order of them is great. I used sales force but due to the size of the company we really do not use all of the options. ZOHO is perfect for the size of the company.
