What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It is very very complete. A magnificent suite. But I have a tiny business, so, zoho crm have a lot of tools and information that would be useful for big companies.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? It's a good way of tracking sales opportunities, not in the moment but as a form of record keeping at best. There is a good amount of data it can accept, though getting back at that data in a useable form is often a challenge.

"Keeps everything organized but is confusing what some categories are and can be slow"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I like how Zoho keeps all my contacts organized and that it clearly shows where I am at with each of the prospects. It also allows me to set reminders to follow-up with certain people for anyone on my team.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I set up Zoho CRM for the rest of my organization to use. It was easy and fun to set up. There is a lot that you can customize to your liking. They also release a lot of new great functionality throughout the year.
