What do you like best about Zoho CRM? What I like best about Zoho CRM is that it has a vast library of applications that can be integrated with just a click. They are continually improving on the product and customer support is top-notch.

"Zoho is Great for Email - Good for CRM"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Can't beat the price. We found that Zoho had the best price for the features we needed. I love their free email solution and use that personally. Fairly easy to create quotes, although I wish it were a little easier to make quotes "prettier". We still have some problems with getting the templates to efficiently use space.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is a powerful tool that I enjoyed using because it helped us in managing our relationships with our customers. This tool kept our clients and potentials close to our company. I also liked using Zoho CRM because it has a great and easy to use interface.

"Great and simple CRM solution"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? The simplicity. Zoho has one of the best UI's in the CRM world and there is nothing complicated about it. Great solution for smaller businesses who don't need all of the bells and whistles.
