What do you like best about Zoho CRM? like that Zoho CRM has a free version that allows you to get some real use out of it before needing to upgrade to subscription option. The marketplace includes add-ons to expand the CRM with Desk for support.

"Good functionality for a basic CRM "
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I found Zoho CRM to be very customizable to meet the needs of the users. I was able to easily set and control the categories that my sales team was reporting on. I found it very user-friendly, and met all of our needs. The mobile app made it easy for our sales team to update their prospects on the fly after calls or meetings, so it was always up to date.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I love this crm. It’s an affordable solution for my small bakery business and it plugs into Zoho books which I also use. It’s nice to be able to scale as my needs change and I grow.
