"Easy to use"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM? In the beginning, I was using their email service, then one day I have seen their CRM platform. Right after that, I'm their permanent customer. They have the best CRM software in the market. I will recommend the small and medium-size company to use their platform. They are an easy solution for a mid-level company.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? High functionality at a very low cost. Love the ability to add web forms (from Zoho CRM) straight into your website for lead capture (integrate this with Zoho Sales IQ) and you have a very cool and functionality-rich inbound lead capture system.
