What do you like best about Zoho CRM? One-time setup and the automation. This provides less work in getting accounts setup and activated. Once activated, it is essentially a click and it works monthly.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is the best tool that a sales manager can ever hope for. It's intuitive design and easy to navigate tools and functions takes out the work in sales and allows the user to focus on the task at hand, to sell. Its tools are as efficient and useful i.e. account management, quotes, reporting, etc compared to its more expensive counterparts.
