What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I am designated as a sr inside sales manager , I have used more than 5 crm so far and zoho is the best. Consumes less times for uploading, user friendly, more features at a very less price, very active always, super reachable customer support.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? I have been following Zoho CRM for many years. It's grown and evolved to a high level of functional maturity. The best feature is its flexibility. In my opinion, it has all the power of Salesforce.com but can be simplified to meet the most basic CRM needs.
