What do you like best about Zoho CRM? They are providing a great combination of tools in one place for webmasters and I found their services very helpful to run and follow my online store, especially the mail service which I use the most.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM? Zoho CRM is pretty easy to implement given the number of things possible within this CRM. It is designed and set up pretty simply out of the box, but depending on your sales funnel, it may require some customization. It integrates seamlessly with your mail and dialer. The pricing is also pretty reasonable. The user interface is pretty intuitive.
