Excellent platform, good ecosystem

What do you like best? The core functionality of building apps to manage business processes. I can add/change various fields myself via drag-n-drop, and we use an independent programmer for the harder things. We export to Excel to do analytics as I'm well versed, but they do offer a related "reports" app. We are integrated with the CRM which is very nice also. What do you dislike?
