PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's very versatile. You're able to deploy things at a novice level. You can branch out via the script builder and then move to free scripting. Zoho Creator is logically made, sensible, and nicely refined. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It would've been nice if there were more scripting examples. You don't have to be an app developer to make apps!

What do you like best? OK. So I'm sure an app developer would laugh at my title, but for the small diy business operation, it gets the job done. My team and I are able to create apps that streamline our operation. But my favorite thing about Zoho is their customer support. These guys actually care about seeing you succeed. Inexpensive database software solution

What do you like best? I like that it's easy to set up and manage. We use this for a few different databases at work. What do you dislike? Tech support is not very fast to respond. Documentation could be better. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use this for managing equipment requests and test planning. It's been helpful for exporting data out and is easy to explain to the team.

What do you like best? I like the ease of use of creating tools that I use everyday. What do you dislike? The offline capability is not good if you use lookup fields.
