What do you like best? Zoho is versatile. We use Zoho to run the entire business from managing new hire information to time tracking and customer billing. What do you dislike? Limited user interface capabilities. Features randomly stop working, but has excellent support staff. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefit is having a one stop shop for most of our business software needs.

It helps me as a department head to delegate work and i can keep people informed and keep tasks organized and even refer back to them thanks to the amount of records you're allowed to save.
