"New ZOHO Campaign platform is intuitive, better and faster"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? I am liking the new interface as it puts upfront the most important data in a visually appealing format. Also, I liked that the platform can be synced with ZOHO CRM which saves me a hassle of entering data again. The third thing I like is the detailed report that is offered by ZOHO which helps me in understanding how, on which platform, at what time of the day is my content consumed maximally. This information I use later to optimize campaigns for ...

"Functionality leaves a lot to be desired"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? The ability to schedule posts and view individual email reports. The convenience of having a direct link to CRM as opposed to using third party providers such as Mailchimp is a definite big advantage to this software. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? The email design interface is fussy, outdated and difficult to use. Although Campaigns tries to achieve a seamless drag and drop functionality, it is often laggy and users have to click ...

"Might be dropping Aweber"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate. When I think "I need to do this specific thing" it's easy to figure out what to do. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Double opt-ins are a bit frustrating, but honestly I haven't contacted Zoho support yet to see if that's a thing I can turn off. Recommendations to others considering Zoho Campaigns: Give it a shot; there is a free version you can try out first. It never hurts to try something ...

The marketing platform is simple, but adept
PROS: Zoho Campaigns is a competent marketing platform that fulfills all of our professional requirements, and that's a big deal for a company that follows latest automation trends and that knows exactly what to look for. We decided for Zoho Campaigns because it provides 360 degree view on clients, and it integrates well with Zoho CRM (another product we adore!).

A review of Zoho Campaigns.
PROS: The great thing with this is its integration. You get integration to its suite. Any Zoho products are integration with this. The same thing goes for Zapier.

"Perfect when used integrated with Zoho CRM"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? It's easy to use, the HTML editor is user-friendly, and the resulting email-marketing is beautiful. And the result is stored in Zoho CRM. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? The prices, it has nothing for a very small business or start-up. Recommendations to others considering Zoho Campaigns: Give them a try. With Zoho CRM integrated. What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you? I can reach my contacts and leads ...

A very robust tool intended for organizations.
PROS: I'm a consultant on automation and marketing tools for different companies. With the bulk of my work for clients involves making use of powerful and bigger systems, they're more than what I'd ever want for the company I'm running. The only downside here is that they tend to be a bit expensive. But I do have everything I want that Zoho is offering.

"Organization of campaigns key"
What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? The ability to "dashboard" all past efforts, for as long as organization allows, is key to utilizing Zoho Campaigns and learning from past tests and campaigns. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? The product is very unique and thus not user friendly at first, learning curve is really steep but support is there to help. Feel free to ping support often - they are very friendly and quick with assistance Recommendations to others considering ...
