What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? Zoho Campaigns is user-friendly and super easy to use, no matter if you worked before with it or not. Very easy to create campaigns, to edit them or to reimport. What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns? Campaign-based reports section is ok but I think it can be developed more. What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns? Editor is slightly better to use than mail chimp, once you get used to it. It feels more editable and it is easier to put html blocks in (i do a lot of countdowns and interactive stuff) I really love how it has a review before sending. Initially I hated it but it has saved my on messed up merge tags before. Also, the send at an optimal time for the individual subscriber feature is great.
