Easy and robust digital proofing tool!

What do you like best? I love that you can send a link without having to login. You can also do side by side comparisons of versions (even if the two proofs have a different number of pages). The comparison lets you quickly see changes. The tagging makes it easy to filter comments. What do you dislike? I wish you could approve each page separately. You can only approve all or nothing. A much better way to review creative content!!

What do you like best? Ziflow makes it easy for our team to provide clear feedback on all types of creative content. It improved project member collaboration, which helped us get projects completed faster. Team members were able to reply to each other’s comments and annotate exact changes on the project. Great for project organization

What do you like best? Ziflow allows clients to easily mark up changes on the proofs, so that everyone is on the same page, it also works great to internal proof. What do you dislike? The only con I have is that some features are not available on all plan levels, and therefore makes its more expensive for small teams like myself. Helpful for multiple rounds of edits with clients

What do you like best? As a designer I work with clients that sometimes have multiple rounds of edits to projects big or small. This software allows me to keep track of everything that has been across multiple versions. I like that you can check off comments of edits as a designer as well to make sure you have fixed every edit. A bit of a learning curve for admins, but clients are loving the ease of use!

What do you like best? This has been a great tool for proofreading. We have several documents, emails, and webpages that need to go through different channels for proofreading before they can be published, and Ziflow has streamlined that process. What do you like best? All the proofing settings and being able to see what changes have been made or haven't. Really easy to do proofs quickly but accurately. We have seen less versions for each label. What do you dislike? There are quite a bit of bugs for the platform, and it takes them awhile to fix key ones. Excellent tool for approvals

What do you like best? Really straightforward to use. Easy to set up. What do you dislike? Confusion can be created if a proof is accessed from a forwarded email as it will automatically log you in as the original recipient of the email without asking credentials.
