Great product with slight issues that keep it from perfection

What do you like best? The ease of use for our clients. It is very user friendly to add comments to the proof and make a decision on it. What do you dislike? The server slowdown we get sometimes. What do you like best? The ability to proof many different types of documents in the same system is very useful – we have proofed pdfs, videos and websites so far. It is fairly easy to mark up the proofs (if anything, it gives a lot more options than you really need). What do you dislike? A Great Online Tool for Proofing and CYA!

What do you like best? The interface is great. Superior UI and ease of use are two of the biggest features of Ziflow. The ability to have our customers and clients view, proof and comment on their projects without relying on a static pdf enhances our ability to make sure everything is correct and buttoned down before it goes to the printer or is published on our website. What do you like best? My team uses ziflow for our label design proofing process. We love being able to break up the review process into multiple stages-- this allows our designer to upload a proof, our marketing coordinator can review it and the sales rep can approve it before the customer is ever sent a proof.
