Great but needs key improvements

What do you like best? Ziflow is a really great tool for keeping creative organized, as well as client feedback. It is easy to onboard clients to show them how to use the tool, and the tool has many great customizable features that help really make it relevant to your business/industry. What do you dislike? Class leading approval and proofing application

What do you like best? Huge range of creative types covered including design files, video, Microsoft Office docs, and live web. The markup window is comprehensive and the control over workflow and approval stage management is superb. Despite there being a few small niggles with Ziflow it is by far the best approval system available currently. Useful artwork approval tool

What do you like best? Reliable and easy for my customers to use. Handles multiple page PDF documents such as double-sided business cards. Like the ability for customers to add comments to a proof for any revisions they require, then be able to respond to the comments and send additional versions. What do you dislike? Professional client relationship, great for creative teams

What do you like best? Being able to point out edits as an art director, specifics to my web and design teams. Also being able to get clients to share feedback. What do you dislike? There could be a quick demo for clients on how to use the commenting as I've had to send them quick tutorials. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to direct specific changes on designs. Benefits are how much time it saves going back and forth.

Pandemic protection!

What do you like best? Keeps all information related to a proof in one location. No more information stuck in email threads amongst different team members. Automated workflows are awesome also. They can be tricky to figure out at first...but like most good software it becomes intuitive pretty quickly. What do you dislike? What do you like best? ZiFlow really has saved us countless hours streamlining our review process. The software is really intuitive to use. I have been really pleased with the customer support. Great Collaboration Tool for Decisions by Committee

What do you like best? I appreciate the ease of use and the intuitive tools. I also like that I can house multiple versions under the same URL and that there is transparency to all who leave feedback. It's a great tool to make sure everyone is seeing the same version and that everyone is on the same page as to where the project is at. What do you dislike? Organizing at its best!

What do you like best? Easy to follow and stay on top of task via the email notifications sent out. What do you dislike? Honestly, we can't think of anything we don't like about Ziflow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The capability of ensuring the appropriate people sign off on all creative before the next stage begins. Being able to easily track those who previously reviewed all creative assets is great!

A great tool for collaboration and proofing of multiple file types.

What do you like best? Ziflow offers a wealth of accepted file types which is perfect for our intended usage. I've not yet come across a file type that hasn't been accepted. The structure of our team means that members of our group sometimes cannot get access to view vector formats natively, however, Ziflow enables this and more. What do you like best? Ziflow streamlines teamwork – as a marketing team this program allows us to review graphic design mockups, copy and ads in one place. We are able to easily leave feedback without the fuss of sending a bunch of annoying emails. It's simple enough for all members of our team to hop on and create a document or review the document.
