What do you like best? The proofing system is seamless. It's workflow creation is easy to create and use. Love all of the functionalities including being able to send to users outside of the company. Comments are also held all in one place which allows edits to be made quickly and efficiently. What do you dislike? Sometimes it has bugs but they try to be as quick as they can to fix them! Ziflow is a really important part of our production workflow

What do you like best? We used a similar tool for several years before switching to Ziflow because of their clear commitment to continuing to make the product more useful. The live website review feature is what clinched the deal for us - we make sure to get ahead of any edit requests so we can make a proof in Ziflow to collect comments that used to come to us in some incredibly tedious ways...including print-markup with a pen-scan... Great Proofing Platform

What do you like best? Our Ziflow platform is super straight forward and user-friendly. When we have new members of the team, it takes them just 10 minutes of playing around on the site to fully understand how to operate. With a team as large as ours, it's important that the site is easy to navigate and requires minimal support, and we get that perfectly with Ziflow. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I'm happy with the product. Our external collaborators have adapted pretty quickly/seamlessly too. Ziflow is a great, reliable product! The CRM efforts are great, and the onboarding experience was seamless. We haven't experienced any major systems glitch that lasted more than 3 hours. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Easy to use and good features. Easy to share with others stakeholders. What do you dislike? Sometimes is slow to upload the proofs in ziflow. What do you like best? The most helpful tool with Ziflow if the reminder email that is sent out if the client has not made a decision on the proof that was sent to them. The ease of adding a proof and setting up the templates has been a real time-saver. What do you dislike?
