What do you like best? There are so many features we love about Ziflow. We are able to have unlimited guest reviewers without paying extra. The admin controls and customization is outstanding. Great proofing tool that gave us everything we needed in a proofing process.

What do you like best? Ability to tracking updates internally (before sending to clients) and externally with clients. Side by side reviewing versions is awesome. Marking up basically any file type is crucial, including videos. And being able to upload basically any file type is great, so we don't have to create PDF, JPEG, PNG proofs of everything we need to get proofing approval on. What do you like best? It's very customizable and you seem to be able to set up the workflows and intake forms for a lot of different purposes. Very, very helpful customer service team! What do you like best? ZiFlow solved one of our biggest issues in the marketing department. Keeping track of all changes and corrections to all documents that needed review and approval. Easy to use review tool

What do you like best? Ziflow offers a clear overview of all versions of a proof. It's very easy to share a proof and set multiple (automated) proofing stages. Comparing previous versions works great and because you don't need flash it's very lightweight. What do you dislike? It's sometimes a bit difficult to sort comments. What do you like best? The customer service from ZiFlow is excellent. They understand the need to respond quickly as they know the market and the pressures on us as a film production company. What do you like best? Ziflow works well, is ready to use and easy to roll out across the team. What do you dislike? Occasionally slow and never stays logged in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can easily sign of print projects remotely.
