A great tool for internally proofing all types of creative work.
What do you like best? It is easy to use and all team members can have access to it. We use it to proof work in advance of it going to clients, it allows us as a team to sense check work and ensure it's fit for purpose, before it goes to a client. We can track versions and compare amends, without going into lots of different folders. It's all within the software. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Staged reviews that allow internal sign off before heading to the client that can be automated, so that each stage is triggered. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This software works great, is easy to use (Intuitive) and has so many features to support any type of process and routing experience. They have solved for every scenario. What do you like best? That simple sign off stages can be created to get work delivered What do you dislike? Bit of a learning curve, mainly for users leaving feedback who are use to emailing over feedback What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Ideal proofing software for teams that work remotely
What do you like best? It's easy to use, works well for remote working, clients can come on board and permissions are easy to manage. What do you dislike? Can't upload multiple video or gif files and notification emails are buggy. Great experience with this tool when it comes to multiple proofers.
What do you like best? The collaboration with other teams and how easy it is to use. What do you dislike? After a project is deleted it cannot be retrieved. I accidentally deleted a few jobs and it was a pain to get it back and once we did get it back all the comments were gone. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The easy to use customer-facing interface. We are able to roll this out to hundreds of users with very little training required. What do you dislike? The inability to download the document as a pdf with comments and open this in adobe software. Ziflow has allowed our team to streamline our review process, & keep us on track.
What do you like best? The commenting interface is very intuitive. It is really nice being able to add attachments and note specifically WHERE on the project changes are needed. It also helps clear up confusions over what has or has not been reviewed. What do you dislike? Occasionally Ziflow will not load, but their customer service team has ALWAYS made sure to reply and address our concerns in a prompt manner, which helps with communicating to our team.
