Really pleased with Ziflow so far for creative proofing

What do you like best? Ziflow has so many features it's mind-blowing at times. Our team really likes the markup features which allow you to do a lot more than you can marking up a pdf, and it's a lot easier. What do you like best? If you're familiar with proofing software, you'll find all the usual tools and features, set out intuitively. The Dashboards and general layout are also well designed, with nice customisation options to help you digest all the information that you need. Excellent review and approval platform

What do you like best? The overall platform is feature rich and the diversity of the file types supported has really helped us review and approve assets across print, digital and video in one easy to use platform. Many other platforms offered a fraction of the file types or specialized in one specific medium such as print proofing. Great for collaboration and perfect for working remotely!

What do you like best? Ziflow is perfect to share presentations/deliverables/etc. with many users at a time to gather comments and proofing remarks. We use this platform with our freelancers, coworkers and sometimes even our clients! It's a great tool that makes collaboration easy and is very helpful while we are all working remotely! Ziflow Pros/Cons

What do you like best? Ziflow provides a spot to manage all proofs. It helps maintain version control, especially with a large route that includes numerous people. What do you dislike? Setup of Ziflow routes definitely take more time than an email. When setting up a route, you can include a customized email for each stage on the route, but you can't include one customized email that applies to all stages. What do you like best? I love its ease of use and client sharing. What do you dislike? Can't suppress who the author is behind comment. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try before you buy. It's really the best. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We review design proofs and share the stages of review with all project stakeholders seamlessly.

Great For Collaborative Reviews

What do you like best? Ziflow makes it seamless to collobarate with my design team in an efficient manner. What do you dislike? The UI can be a bit tricky to grasp onto at first, but other than that the software is fairly straightforward What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaboration. The collaborative nature of the software allows our team to streamline review/revision processes in a more timely manner.

Makes the reviewing process a breeze!

What do you like best? My favourite feature, and the one that made me select Ziflow, is the ability to turn proofs around. My company works on packaging with up to 5 sides and reviewers need the ability to turn the the art around to proof all sides. I also love the @mention feature as well as the ability to attache files to comments. Easy to jump in and use...

What do you like best? Shallow learning curve, UI is clear and self explanatory which allows you to jump in and use with little training required. Free trial is always a bonus and makes reviewing for suitability much easier. What do you dislike? Some items a little clunky such as default notifications and how to sign off proofs.
