A very intuitive, clever proofing tool

What do you like best? Ziflow is extremely intuitive. I'm not particularly techie but found it really easy to get started with and use, as have the rest of the team. Convenient and easy way to collaborate and consolidate reviews

What do you like best? Ziflow makes the review process so much easier than our old (non-) process. We used to send emails or pdfs or make phone calls (and therefore make hand-written notes). And then send another pdf via email with another version. Very convenient way to keep track of comments, versioning and approvals

What do you like best? It is very straight forward, I just need to upload a file as a proof and kind of the rest its managed on its own. Also, my clients got used to it very quickly, it has been a great way to improve communication, reducing changes and frustrations. What do you like best? Multiple levels of approval, this helps with hands off, streamlined approvals What do you dislike? Robust Proofing Software

What do you like best? Ziflow makes it very easy to collaborate and get proofing done in a more efficient manner. Our proofing process has improved and have been able to get our marketing collateral more quickly than before. They also have great workflow process to automate processes. What do you dislike? Made our transition to working remotely seamless!

What do you like best? I love that we can route artwork to everyone at the same time, and keep track of who has seen it. It cuts our routing time down tremendously. The auto compare feature is amazing! I also love that you can nudge people that are late, you can lock proofs so you don't miss any comment stragglers, and you can make a PDF of the whole proof to save in case you need to refer back to it. Ziflow is easy to use and manage

What do you like best? My favorite part about Ziflow is the ability to manage who sees the proofs. Uploading proofs is simple and the migration from ProofHQ was quick. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The API is fantastic. Download the API structure from the online documentation and import right in to PostMan to get started developing your web app integration.
