"Ziflow changed our team for the better"
What do you like best about Ziflow? We have had great experience dealing with this company from the get go. Customer Service and help desk are incredibly responsive when we see issues but also when we request new features. We at least always get a quick acknowledgement. We have seen great improvements in their interface and they are always looking for the next improvement, constant upgrade and client satisfaction. Our former service rarely responded to inquiries. A life saver during the pandemic!
What do you like best? Ziflow is easy to navigate and sends you notifications about any updates in your routing process! What do you dislike? The only thing I wish you could do on Ziflow is create folders to categorize proofs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaborative Reviewer Tool
What do you like best? Easy mark-ups and tagging other people within tool works nicely. We use the software mainly internally, but succeed in having some clients use it with us as well. It documents the comments from reviews well. The revision tool is also really great to compare comments from previous reviews and to look at edits side-by-side. What do you dislike? Ziflow is fantastic - it has changed the way we receive feedback and sign off on our designs.
What do you like best? I love that Ziflow is user -friendly and that you have more than enough options for marking up of your content/layouts. One can upload and comment on so many different media types - I especially love that you can upload and comment on videos, html5 and websites. Not many tools offer this feature or work as well. Ziflow is a True Valued Solution
What do you like best? I love how easy and simple Ziflow is to use. From collaborating with clients on reviews to uploading a new version to the same proof. Ziflow makes the client approval process easy on both client and agency side. What do you dislike? The only thing I would say is the lack of agency-side options. I find it somewhat hard to navigate through some of the UI and keep things organized. It would be nice to see them integrate more ways to keep your portal organized. ...

I think Ziflow is a strong, great resource for many companies!
What do you like best? Mobile view is the best I have seen from a product like this and the user experience is super clean and easy to use. Love that I can upload PDF's, videos, and live web pages. The customer support with Ziflow is fantastic and their team is more than willing to walk things through or give tutorials. What do you dislike? The workflows are a bit on the complex side. Ziflow helped improve our workflow
What do you like best? Our team has been able to make changes to a content piece while knowing exactly where the edits have been requested and can easily see if all changes have been made What do you dislike? Occasionally the live websites dont work What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving miscommunication problems. Sometimes with feedback in email form, it is easy to miss a change that a client has requested.

Easy to Use & Collaborate with Clients
What do you like best? It is quite easy to learn how to use this software. I like that I can show client's how to use the features and they can straightaway make comments and changes on projects. I also like that it is housed on a cloud so I can access it anywhere and I don't have to email large files back and forth to clients for review. What do you dislike?
