"Excellent online proofing!"

What do you like best about Ziflow? Ziflow is extremely easy to use and share with co-workers and external personnel that needs to review our pdfs. They can comment and answer each other quickly and easily, without several emails. I really like that they can mark-up the digital proof on Ziflow as well as rotate (which for us was a big feature). What do you like best about Ziflow? Ziflow has streamlined our proofing process with our clients. The ability to set up proofs, share them with our internal and client teams and have all parties post their comments have been invaluable to all of us. The ability to post live HTML content with functional links has dramatically improved our proofing process of marketing emails and website content. What do you like best about Ziflow? Ziflow is easy to use, easy to navigate, easy to get the whole team on board! The Help Forums are incredible and the team who assisted in implementing were flawless! What do you dislike about Ziflow? The only thing the team has found difficult is that it's not easy to see if the proof has passed the due date. What do you like best about Ziflow? Easy to use, keeps my files sharp without diminishing the quality of my files… Easy for clients to use What do you dislike about Ziflow? I have no complaints, love it all, no dislikes. What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps my clients make changes directly on the design with comments. Instead of texting or emailing back in forward. Keeps all communication in one place.

What do you like best about Ziflow? Easy to point out where edits are needed and talk with reviewers. What do you dislike about Ziflow? Pre-set reviewer set ups are difficult to work with. What do you like best about Ziflow? Love the UI - it's extremely easy to use and share with colleagues, especially with coworkers who are not as tech-savvy. They can comment and answer each other, without several emails. I also love downloading the comments to have pdf proof that everyone has approved it. What do you like best about Ziflow? It's user friendly, real time edits, very easy to share with approvers. What do you dislike about Ziflow? Not being able to send review proofs to more than one approver at a time. Recommendations to others considering Ziflow: very easy to use What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? It removes having to go back and forth in emails and we can easily see real time edits directly on a proof.

What do you like best about Ziflow? The orgaization of folders and being able to make changes within each review. What do you dislike about Ziflow? Not being able to view live web pages. When the review is sent to a client they can only view the screenshot. What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending clients reviews for them to make edits, and our team can go back and make the referenced changes at a rapid speed. Also, notifying the reviewer is a major benefit.

What do you like best about Ziflow? Zilfow is easy to use and quickly receives feedback on proof. What do you dislike about Ziflow? None really! Zilfow has greatly increased our proofing efficiency and accuracy. What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? We use Zilfow to proof all printed materials. This has allowed us to have once source of truth rather than a handful of printed edits.
