"Exceptional approval workflow for my clients!"

What do you like best about Ziflow? I really appreciate that Ziflow integrates directly with Final Cut Pro X so that I can send videos to my clients for approval in just a few clicks. It has saved me (and my clients) from lots of back and forth emails, losing track of which version is most current, and I also use it for script approvals as well. What do you dislike about Ziflow? "Wonderful program that helps me organize my files and approvals."

What do you like best about Ziflow? Checking on the status of a project. It is nice to see who has opened the file and where it may be stuck. I also enjoy sending reminder notifications. It is great because I don't have to continue to check in with people via email. Everything is done and managed through Ziflow before getting full approval. Very simple and user-friendly! What do you like best about Ziflow? Having one centralized place to collect feedback and provide full team visibility has completely changed how we iterate on packaging. We used to email files back and forth and inevitably versions would get mixed up and a lot of time was wasted. What do you like best about Ziflow? This product is great for proofing any type of project. It's very user-friendly, easy to give feedback thru and easy to understand where a change needs to be made when someone notes a change to be made. What do you dislike about Ziflow? What do you like best about Ziflow? I love that i can make comments and select parts of the video or graphic to highlight. Super intuitive and easy to use. What do you like best about Ziflow? My company is a brand consulting and experiential design firm. We are constantly going back and forth with clients sharing iterations of designs. It was becoming nearly impossible to track the changes through email and meetings. Ziflow has been a game-changer for us! We use it for all external communication. "Just what we needed!"

What do you like best about Ziflow? Being able to flag the appropriate department that needs to read that specific comment What do you dislike about Ziflow? I wish load time was faster (making comment/checking a comment/etc) What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you? This helps us route/proof properly. This is the first platform we have used where I work and I cannot imagine not using a routing/proofing platform now.
