Overall it is great
Overall it is great! I love the automatic features. Only one down time in the last year which I think was some upgrades. Uploading full size images causes it to run a little more slowly than I'd like but not enough to switch.

Zenfolio is an amazing platform
Zenfolio is a great tool for any creative photographer. It is the perfect all in one tool . The only thing they need is editing software and you could never leave the website .

Bookings as part of the website is a must
I love having bookings as part of the site as opposed to an outside entity. Also, love the fact that the gallery is part of the site as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm far from a website builder and it's a bit more difficult than other sites.

Zenfolio is a scam, with zero customer service
Since the roll-out of their "archiving" platform, Zenfolio has really gone downhill. Service is below satisfactory. Galleries go missing, images take excessively long amounts of time to load, some images load sideways or upside down. Customer service is non-existent. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible experience.

Archiving is a NIGHTMARE
Been with Zenfolio for years. However, since they introduced automatically archiving photos it has become a complete nightmare. Zenfolio sprung archiving on us. I had no idea that my galleries would be archived and that it would be nightmare to recover. What kind of nonsense is that? Some of my galleries are static on purpose. And if you don't use them, then the get archived. What nonsense is that. You only have a limited number of galleries that you can set as "Do not Archive." After ...
