This service won't last another year

This service won't last another year. Bail, Bail, Bail! A few years ago, they deleted 500k photos of mine with no way of getting them back after I forgot to update my credit card on file with a new expiration date. I took responsibility, got over it, and signed up with them again. Biggest mistake of my life. Now, they are auto-archiving all my photos so that I can't even tell which ones are in which gallery. Zenfolio is quickly becoming a total disaster, I have been with them for many years The last year especially has been a nightmare with them , no access to galleries, and yes we all get the systematic reply, They must have plenty of professional photographers who are not wet behind the ears , come on Zenfolio raise your game , or we will go elsewhere, your call

The website's bandwidth is so slow

The websites bandwidth is so slow that a simple photo takes minutes to load- causing viewers to close out of the site. Support is a never-ending black hole ending in CHAT that is never answered. Trying to cancel account is impossible- nobody answers chat. But they efficiently charge your credit card... only aspect of the cr@ppy website that works.

Reverse the archive blunder

I'm a customer for many years. Overnight they went from 5 stars to no stars due the damage caused by the terrible decision to start archiving galleries which creates grief for me and my customers. The restore process is terrible and slow if it works at all. Zenfolio should reverse this decision and go back to the way things were, while they still have customers.

Zenfolio introduced auto archiving and…

Zenfolio introduced auto archiving and since then it has been a disaster. Avoid They allow you to opt out 20 galleries but then ignore the setting and archive regardless. The archive restore tool then doesn’t show the gallery and there is no way to restore. You then have to contact support and all that happens is an email advising it is taking longer than expected to restore galleries. What a shame, was once an excellent option for photographers but now it is unworkable.

If I could Give them zero stars I…

If I could Give them zero stars I would... once delivering a solid performance and service in the early 2000's this company is now a horrible experience recently attempting to rebuild and share using their new format. Incredibly slow speeds and nonfunctioning tools are a complete deal killer. I basically feel as if I was mugged and my yearly subscription fee was stolen ... Buyer Beware ... add to that an unresponsive human helpline with an idiotic chatbot and this company is finished ... ...

Zenfolio is echt de weg kwijt, en is een waardeloos bedrijf nu geworden, ze gooien je foto's die je openbaar hebt staan voor anderen gewoon in een archief en als je ze daar uit wilt halen, lukt dat vaak niet, en als je ze dan eindelijk weer kan zien, zitten er doodleuk foto's van anderen opeens in je mappen. Useless Technology Trapped in the 1990's

This website is outdated. It lacks essential SEO features, which makes it harder for potential visitors to find the site. Additionally, the preset design templates come across as uninspired. Dear Zenfolio, F*** you Website is slow as F*** User Experience is bad as F*** Customer service is inexistent & F***** up You have zero respect for your clients.
