I was very happy with Zenfolio until two days ago. My client ordered a product that I self-filled. Due to a momentary internet connection instability, she accidentally transacted it three times instead of once. I quickly backed out the two erroneous charges for her, but noticed that Zenfolio's service fee was still a whopping $243.00 for an $1161 wall art product set (that's a 21% fee). Bought by investment company in 2017, went downhill from there

Absolute garbage. I have over 400 dollars of referral credit on zenfolio, and that pays my subscription. Yet every single year they start sending me these fearmongering emails like "updated your credit card so you don't lose your photos and your website!" Morons! The subscription fee is just taken out of the credit. And even if you contact their support they'll be like OH NOOOO YOURE GONNA LOSE IT. A great product

Having used Zenfolio a few years ago, but not enjoying the experience I was a bit reluctant to look at them again for my new website. However the new platform really impressed me, and I've been very happy with the service over the last few months and ended up paying for a subscription when my free trial finished. Pretty much just stole my money

Initially signed up to a free trial, signed up to their portfolioplus subscription and now my account doesn't exist. the user ID doesn't exist when I try to log in. try using my email address and it says I have no active subscription, yet I have a charge from them on my credit card. Incredibly unimpressed, will be disputing this with my credit card company.

So dissatisfied I was hoping to sell prints so signed up and spent hours building a site only to find there are no print labs in europe, this is not stated before you sign up so basically a scam. I shall be chasing a full refund. Really not happy that I wasted 10 hours if my life on this. Moving to squarespace asap. Good range of templates but dreadfully slow

Good range of templates and fairly easy to build a site. However, the speed is dreadful. I have a site with a small number of photos and it is painfully slow. I have checked it on several devices (PC, Mac, iPad) and the site is really slow to load. Definitely do not recommend this and I will not be renewing.

What is this?!?!?! Complete joke

Looks like customers service is on holiday, no help no solution, unbelievable, I have sent gallery link to my customer but it took them to my website, I can’t show them theirs photos and customer service is not responding, it is a nice and well organised service but I really regret singing in Waste of money for what I got

Service has deteriorated badly

I have been using this company for my photography website for nearly a decade. It used to work well but has fallen behind competitors. And now I can't get any tech support (been waiting 23 hours) for my site which is taking so long to load that I can't use it to sell. I auto renewed two weeks ago. Big mistake.
