Been a client for over 10 years and I have no idea what I am going to do moving forward. I can't stay with Zenfolio if they are going to continue archiving galleries. They started archiving galleries, I can't access images, this is a nightmare, you can only set so many galleies that won't archive overtime. This is NOT what I signed up for! Everything I like about Zenfolio is now gone.

Been a client for over 10 years and I have no idea what I am going to do moving forward. I can't stay with Zenfolio if they are going to continue archiving galleries. They started archiving galleries, I can't access images, this is a nightmare, you can only set so many galleies that won't archive overtime. This is NOT what I signed up for! Everything I like about Zenfolio is now gone.

Zenfolio really going downhill - Stay awy
The first 7-8 years with Zenfolio were good. There were occasional hiccups with their slow uploading but overall it was acceptable. The past 2-3 years have been terrible and this new archiving scheme that they are forcing on everyone is a disaster! I have no idea how they thought this was a good deal for photographers. I believe they are trying to get the classic users to leave so they can go on to other things. There is no customer service. You hit their chat button and you might get a ...

Zenfolio is a SCAM
I unfortunately have the same issue everyone else with negative reviews is having. absolutely unacceptable! I have already switched my services to another platform, but it's going to be a major pain reuploading galleries from the past 2 years. I was with Zenfolio for over 10 years and all of my galleries are GONE! unarchiving does not work. So frustrating. It feels illegal. We paid for a service and we should get the service we paid for. What a SCAM.

With them for more than a decade, just gets worse.
With them for more than a decade - top pkg. I don't remember any improvements ever. Very disappointed in the outdated cart. The latest "archiving" scheme is being implemented without actually testing - and the fails are here. The support is non-existent.

Made me look like an idiot
I have had a photography site with Zenfolio for some years. These days it loads slowly (glacially if using a VPN). Yesterday, after making a substantial effort to update my contact list I sent a group email out, linking to the site. I was horrified when one person replied to tell me that half the photos weren't showing. It turns out that Zenfolio archived half of my galleries. I can't put a price on lost business. This year I really must make the effort to find a new provider.
