Zenfolio does NOT condemn revenge porn posted on their client's site

I'm extremely disappointed in Zenfolio that a customer of theirs isn't going to even receive a slap on the wrist for stealing my photo and trying to sell it as his and then when the theft was discovered, as revenge, the customer posted a pornographic photo of me on his Zenfolio hosted website. Revenge porn is illegal! What it tells me is Zenfolio does not care about the victimization of women. Shame on you!!

So slow downloading pictures its…

So slow downloading pictures its horrible .Then they want to blame your internet connection or computer what a joke.I go to smugmug pixiset flickr or shotproof all are super fast .Time for zenfolio to make some serious changes or they will lose everyone.I have moved to smugmug its fantastic.

Avoid Zenfolio like the plague

Avoid Zenfolio like the plague. There is a reason they have turned off reviews on Facebook and Google. Do yourself a favour and just use something else like Pixieset. I've tried countless times to inform Zenfolio of their issues (there are a lot of them!) even writing detailed guides on how bad their customer user experience is and its all been ignored.

Terribly slow uploading images

Terribly slow uploading images. Can only upload a minimal amount. Which at times may take as long as an hour to load! They say it's my wifi. No it isn't because the university I've worked as university photographer for 28 years uses Smug Mug and the difference is no comparison. Another huge problem is trying to move images around in the edit. Select image(s) and begin to drag to the space I want and the page begins to scroll down on its own! You really need a better provider

Zenfolio has been the subject of customer complaints regarding slow performance for at least a decade, with nothing from their customer service group but "it must be your browser, it must be your ISP, it must be somebody else's fault, I'll notify our engineers." It is probably worth noting that Zenfolio closed down their own user forums. I would hazard a guess that this was done because there was nothing posted on them but complaints about slow performance.

So many issues...all my galleries have…

So many issues...all my galleries have missing watermarks, leaving every image open to be SS from customers. Noone answers phones. Total mess, 1000s of my images exposed overnight.

No solutions from support department.

On a positive note, I like the layout of my website and had no problems setting my page up really. HOWEVER, support is proving very poor!. I have been waiting 5 days for my issue to be resolved - client unable to buy all photos. I have messaged in between times only to receive a polite response of "il get back to you" more or less with no solution or timeline of when they will respond and guess what-I'm still waiting-feel I've been purposely moved to the LOST IN TRANSIT file!!!. Poor customer service

Poor customer service, I'm new to Zenfolio, I have two subscription accounts that I pay a lot of money for and when I have a customer service issue it takes all day or the next day to get help. I try to work through most issues myself but this time I can't, so I thought I would try support again so I'm just waiting. Terrible support team.

Awful support

Sorry but I have been unable to get hold of a support person all day using the live chat, and I'm sick of the robot giving me unhelpful replies. The promptness of replies was excellent during my trial but now I'm live and have an issue there is tumbleweed rolling past. I reported hours ago that my sales galleries have an issue with formatting and look like a webpage from the early days of the internet. This looks absolutely amateur to potential clients.
