Zenfolio "Archive" feature is making my site useless!
I have been a loyal user of Zenfolio for the last 12 years. My site is imagesofpolo.com Due to the fact that Zenfolio have instigated an archiving feature my archive is virtually useless as more and more galleries become archived. Some galleries are not fully archived and do not show in the archive section but the pictures are not accessible and cannot be downloaded if I need them. Worst customer service
I've been using Zenfolio for 15 years, but the "Classic" version seems to be a discontinued model. There have been technical deficiencies in the implementation of the design for many months. I have repeatedly contacted customer service (including #739002, #748455), only receiving answers after several days, which are, however, without substance - or customer service does not respond at all. Nevertheless, the fees increase year after year without providing any added value. What's going on ...

What an utter disgrace. I wish I read the reviews! I signed up - as far as I knew - for a U.K. account while I was visiting family in Italy. I was charged in euros, but I put that down to them being based in Europe. When I tried to set up a gallery, it gave me Fuji as a lab, with pricing and delivery charges in euros, shipping in Europe etc. After reading the FAQ section I found the currency and changed it to U.K. GBP. At this point, I had no lab, only self fulfilment and digital. The ...

Really wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. The free trial went well and it appears to offer everything the photographer needs. However... I have messaged the help desk to inform them with an issue regarding blog posts. There is a "Title" and "Subtitle" text appearing at the top of each single text block. This is not there in the editing page so I can't delete it or change it. This hasn't been present on my first 7 posts, but is now. I have duplicated an old post and not this ...

Really wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. The free trial went well and it appears to offer everything the photographer needs. However... Been with them a few months and giving…
Been with them a few months and giving up now. The templates are limited in what they offer and poor in functionality. You add shortcuts that don't work, template blocks that just don't do what they are supposed to do, you can't create a simple nested menu option with the first option HAVING to be a page, when live websites fail to load, load slow, don't load CSS have to be constantly refreshed..the list is endless. Very unhappy with changes
Very unhappy with their latest 'updates' archiving photos which then take a long time to load back up again and charging for digital downloads even when I want to give them to clients for free. Their 'archiving' means that I can no longer use my zen site to properly showcase my work, and it's probably just cost me a big job. It costs a lot in both time and money, but I'll be looking for an alternative.
