15 years time to go

I have been with Zenfolio Classic for 15 years but now I think it is end of the road ! The Archive system is chaos, 19 of my Galleries gone, I applied "restore" in my dashboard thinking I would get my work back within 12 hours, but here we are three days later and the wonderful spinning wheel keeps on turning ! I have "reached out" to support via the correct email, only to receive a canned response. I fear my Galleries are gone forever. Support is failing badly. The sad thing is I joined ...

The imminent demise of Zenfolio?

I joined Zenfolio in 2011 and it was one of the best decisions I made. It was easy to use, and with an excellent support setup, provided exactly what I wanted from a website. Over the years, though, glitches began to surface with "improvements" which didn't work properly and represented, in my view, change for changes sake. Tech support deteriorated to the extent that responses became slower and slower with "if you don't like it, leave" becoming a fairly common response to genuine ...

Goodbye after 12 years

I've been hosting my photography with Zenfolio for 12 years -- I'm a high-volume wedding and portrait photographer, averaging about 85 weddings, and 150 portrait sessions annually. The archival switchover recently implement has been abysmal, to say the least. While customers of Zenfolio were given advance notice that it was happening, the process has been way more disruptive than was communicated. I regularly access hundreds of galleries as part of my sales process, and not being able to ...

Stabbed in the back by Zenfolio!

Well, what can i say.... almost 50,000 photographs in my Zenfolio over many years and now they are 'archiving' them. Oh great, then what am i paying for? Zenfolio hiding them, and you cannot get access to your own pics if at all for 12-24 hours, but then, presumably they will be 're-archived' once they reach an inactivity date. So i'm paying for storage..... no thanks, i own 3 x 8tb hard drives plus smaller hard drives, so i guess you've lost my custom, and i rather liked Zenfolio, but i ...

Think twice before using Zenfolio

Zenfolio recently implemented an archive to put older photos into, they can be retrieved but takes the best part of a day to access them. Since this started I have had many problems with my website, customers not able to make orders, website not visible at all, photos not uploading properly, unable to process orders. I have lost sales. I have contacted support and their responses take days and of no help. The issues have resolved themselves, but that isn't the point. There shouldn't be ...

Zenfolio "Archive" feature is making my site useless!

I have been a loyal user of Zenfolio for the last 12 years. My site is imagesofpolo.com Due to the fact that Zenfolio have instigated an archiving feature my archive is virtually useless as more and more galleries become archived. Some galleries are not fully archived and do not show in the archive section but the pictures are not accessible and cannot be downloaded if I need them. Trying to unarchive these photographs takes days and some even not possible. Unfortunately, Zenfolio seems ...
